It’s was very nice and
I have used this clinic many times but my last visit was horrible. 1st the temperature in the place was below zero everyone was complaining and I had to sit in my car about an hour of waiting 3 hours for service. After being called to the back was serviced and evaluated by a practicing school person instead of practitioner being present and also allowed him to give analysis in which he decided not to give me anything to help my condition only wanted to prescribe something I could have just purchased over the counter in which... read more

Well I loved the treatment I received but I’ve never been to fast pace when I didn’t have to wait forever. I was there 2.5 hours and there weren’t that many patients there. The other times I went bc of covid, and it was understandable that they were busy. They had a ton of patients. But yesterday, I just didn’t understand why I waited and waited. Even after I was called back to a room I waited and waited. And I had a scheduled an appointment time the day before.
The staff as you first enter is very nice and welcoming as well as the intake nurse. From my personal experience it was the female doctor that could be more concerning of her patients instead of make smart remarks about them. You never know what frame of mind a person is in when talking to them and how words could affect them mentally.
Female Nurse was great friendly and very efficient. The male NP that saw us acted like he was scared to get near us. This is my 3rd time with Covid and I was disappointed how he acted.
Because of the holidays I wasn’t able to get an appointment with my primary healthcare provider. I felt fast pace should be competent enough to tend to my healthcare needs. I was tested positive for strep a at the fast pace clinic in Grenada, ms. I was negative for flu and Covid. The NP ordered azithromycin 500mg daily for 5 days . I asked would this medication get rid of the strep. Well she told me this antibiotic was knocking out the strep. I felt better after taking the medication as prescribed. We’ll 2 days after I was ... read more
I was made felt as if I was using drugs I was asked many drug and alcohol questions I’ve never used any drugs or have I ever drank Alcohol s as also the process in paperwork showed I had behavioral problems which is a lie I was there for a urinary infection
First, courtesy is a must when serving the public. The secretary at the front desk when giving me my card back, laid my card down for me to receive it instead of putting my card in my hand as I gave it to her. When called to the back, there wasn’t no greeting or introduction. I had to asked their name and asked to turned their name tags around. The NP was nice and pleasant. There are many other clinics I could have given my business to. It doesn’t cost a thing for people to be kind, nice, and courtesy.
Very rude staff
