I had to sit in that waiting room for nearly 3 hrs to get a DOT physical which was very difficult.

The nurse who was running the front desk , Lord bless her heart she was a gem. Very polite, patient and helpful. The NP beside manners are a negative.

The first visit after checking in, took me 2.5 hours until they saw me , hey the nurse was great and the prescriptions were spot on I felt better before I went to sleep. However soon the second visit to establish a primary Dr , my appointment was @1:15 arrived @12:35 checked in the receptionist opens door says come on Baby, I look at her she was staring at me, I get up ...
