I had to sit in that waiting room for nearly 3 hrs to get a DOT physical which was very difficult.

The nurse who was running the front desk , Lord bless her heart she was a gem. Very polite, patient and helpful. The NP beside manners are a negative.

The first visit after checking in, took me 2.5 hours until they saw me , hey the nurse was great and the prescriptions were spot on I felt better before I went to sleep. However soon the second visit to establish a primary Dr , my appointment was @1:15 arrived @12:35 checked in the receptionist opens door says come on Baby, I look at her she was staring at me, I get up ... Took an hour and a half for me to pee in a cup. No one else was even there besides me and a guy that walked in after me. The peeing in a cup took 3 minutes and I was out the door. This is horrible ppl go to batesville just so they don’t have to wait. Slow pace clinic.

Service should not take over 2 1/2 hours. The staff was nice, just very slow service.
The name of the facility is named Fast Pace but isn’t fast at all. However, the nurses were very professional and caring.

I have used this clinic many times but my last visit was horrible. 1st the temperature in the place was below zero everyone was complaining and I had to sit in my car about an hour of waiting 3 hours for service.
