Went to Fast Pace for a pre-employment drug test. Office was pretty full for a Sunday. The staff was quick to greet and wait on me, only had to wait 10 minutes before they called me in to do my test. Exellent experience compared to last place I took same test.
Went in with my young son that was throwing up and dehydrated with stomach pain. They did tests for strep flu and Covid and decided they’d do an IV for fluids. She stuck him multiple times and he bled everywhere before she got a line. Said all tests came back negative so must be stomach bug. Came back in right before we left and said they made a mistake and it must be strep. He left with antibiotics. That’s the only plus. Do not go there! I successfully registered and checked to only have my appointment canceled over an hour later. I sat in the lobby and monitored my place in line.i get a text that I was cancelled. Very unprofessional. They have a front desk employee who never once showed her presence until a nurse went and found her to try and help. No resolution was made at all.
Great, friendly place. This is the second time going there. We had to wait over an hour but found out later there was an 11 month that had to be transported to hospital because he couldn’t breathe. I would definitely choose this place again.
The lady that was in the front desk was very professional courteous and respectful I give her thumbs up hopefully I get to see her all the time whenever I'm at fast pace
