The doctor is the sweetest and nicest doctor for my children. Most of the staff is very professional and quick and does a great job. However, the girl at the check in desk has a terrible attitude and really needs to learn how to stay professional and kind in the customer service industry. She seems to not understand she is at work and regardless of how over whelming a job may get, never be rude to a customer just because you can’t handle multitasking . . Kiosk was broken. Very difficult to check in to be seen. Was stuck in a room for 40 minutes even though I was told I was next in line. 2. Other patients that check in after me was seen ahead of me. Not a good experience.
