It’s called fast pace health urgent care, but it wasn’t fast at all. I was there when it opened at 8 and left almost 2 hours later. I asked for liquid medicine because I’ve been coughing etc and having trouble swallowing big pills. Was told that I’d get it called in and when I got back to work to take my medication, it was all pills, no liquid. I cannot take the antibiotic because the pill is too big for me.

The nurse was very condescending and made me feel judged as a working parent. She made me feel as if it was my fault that my child is getting sick frequently.

. Kiosk was broken. Very difficult to check in to be seen. Was stuck in a room for 40 minutes even though I was told I was next in line. 2. Other patients that check in after me was seen ahead of me. Not a good experience.

the doctor was rude didn’t want to give no medicine spent 65 dollars for nothing I would like my money back or I will post on social media
I’ve been there three times for the same exact symptoms and three times she said it was viral, ended up going to the emergency room bc I couldn’t take it anymore and come to find out it was tonsillitis.. one day on antibiotics and I finally feel normal… I even tried talking to her bc I truly felt I needed antibiotics and she got all attitudey with me and made me feel like I was stupid just to find out I was right it wasn’t viral it was something wrong..
