. Kiosk was broken. Very difficult to check in to be seen. Was stuck in a room for 40 minutes even though I was told I was next in line. 2. Other patients that check in after me was seen ahead of me. Not a good experience.

the doctor was rude didn’t want to give no medicine spent 65 dollars for nothing I would like my money back or I will post on social media
I’ve been there three times for the same exact symptoms and three times she said it was viral, ended up going to the emergency room bc I couldn’t take it anymore and come to find out it was tonsillitis.. one day on antibiotics and I finally feel normal… I even tried talking to her bc I truly felt I needed antibiotics and she got all attitudey with me and made me feel like I was stupid just to find out I was right it wasn’t viral it was something wrong..
I should’ve walked out when Lisa said she was a nurse practitioner. Not a dr. When I went in for pains in my chest.
Well I went to get care and y’all don’t take Humana insurance I wont be back
I went for a sore throat and they put one of my diagnoses as overweight and high blood pressure. That had absolutely nothing to do with what I went there for. My blood pressure was 128/76, which is not high.
