The wait was fine but the receptionist was very rude to me and my 2 small children.

Front desk clerk was rude,,as if she didn’t want to be at work … also it was extremely hot in waiting room when ask was told she don’t control the thermostat the main office does..

It’s called fast pace health urgent care, but it wasn’t fast at all. I was there when it opened at 8 and left almost 2 hours later. I asked for liquid medicine because I’ve been coughing etc and having trouble swallowing big pills. Was told that I’d get it called in and when I got back to work to take my medication, it was all pills, no liquid. I cannot take the antibiotic because the pill is too big for me.

The nurse was very condescending and made me feel judged as a working parent. She made me feel as if it was my fault that my child is getting sick frequently.

. Kiosk was broken. Very difficult to check in to be seen. Was stuck in a room for 40 minutes even though I was told I was next in line. 2. Other patients that check in after me was seen ahead of me. Not a good experience.
