For being “Fast Pace” it really wasn’t. There was only one person there when I arrived and it took almost 2 hours before I was taken back. Had a step test performed and had to wait another half an hour for results. Granted there may have been something bigger going on. Nurse was nice, helpful, however I am not sure about my diagnosis. Probably going somewhere else to get a second opinion today.
The staff needs to be educated better on the processes of drug screens with travel agencies for healthcare workers. My agency had overnighted my paperwork and they signed for it. It took them an hour 1/2 to figure out that they already had what they kept asking me for.
You fraudulently charged my card after the fact. I know I never signed anything saying to put my card on hold and can be charged up to 250. Frauds are what I think of you. A lot of people have had the same issue.
Staff was great! Cash pay cost was too high and wait too long. Name is a misnomer. Ballad charges $35-50 cash pay. You asked.
