My primary care was out of the office and Fast Pace was there for me on Christmas Eve and the service was great. Set up the appointment around 2-3 AM and the were waiting on me when the doors opened with snow and ice on the roads. I highly recommend their services!!! Great job!!!

My online scheduled appointment was for 5:00pm. I waited an hour and a half to even be seen, and walk ins got seen before me. When the Dr. finally got in she was very rude.
People nice, did not follow request. Won’t be back. Cost more than good recieved
We made a 1:00 pm appointment in the morning and still spent two hours waiting to be seen. The receptionist told us that our insurance wasn’t active after we arrived and checked in. When I went outside to call our insurance company they confirmed that yes we did have current coverage and and walked back in to have the representative confirm that to the receptionist the receptionist has just figured it out and realized we did have coverage. For being “Fast Pace” it really wasn’t. There was only one person there when I arrived and it took almost 2 hours before I was taken back. Had a step test performed and had to wait another half an hour for results. Granted there may have been something bigger going on. Nurse was nice, helpful, however I am not sure about my diagnosis. Probably going somewhere else to get a second opinion today.
The staff needs to be educated better on the processes of drug screens with travel agencies for healthcare workers. My agency had overnighted my paperwork and they signed for it. It took them an hour 1/2 to figure out that they already had what they kept asking me for.
You fraudulently charged my card after the fact. I know I never signed anything saying to put my card on hold and can be charged up to 250. Frauds are what I think of you. A lot of people have had the same issue.
