This was my first visit here. Unfortunately it was not a good one. Not fast and didn't listen to what I was saying. I want in due to an illness and they sent me home with nothing. I had to spend more money and go back to another clinic for them to tell me exactly what I knew and that I had a sinus infection and it was not damn allergies I ended up with not 1 but 4 scripts and taken off work. The staff and PAs there do not listen to what you are saying and unfortunately you have to end up spending more time at another clinic ... read more

The only thing that the clinic was worried about was me taking a Covid test or flu test. I left with a prescription for steroids and i got worse and had to see another doctor, which is treating me for my symptoms.
The nurse practitioners do a wonderful job. They take great care of my family and I, and we’re grateful to have them in Kendallville!

Went there for an employee hire and needed a drug test. I printed out the paper I was told to print and take with me to the collection site. Upon arriving I was told I need a Q Passport. I had no idea as to what that meant. Or how to get that. Finally I left went home and called a number in the paper I went back to clinic and received my test. So I was frustrated I didn’t know what I’m looking for to give them.
