Went there for an employee hire and needed a drug test. I printed out the paper I was told to print and take with me to the collection site. Upon arriving I was told I need a Q Passport. I had no idea as to what that meant. Or how to get that. Finally I left went home and called a number in the paper I went back to clinic and received my test. So I was frustrated I didn’t know what I’m looking for to give them.
Crystal and her staff always provide excellent care to my family and I. They are always friendly, and the facility is clean. We are grateful for them!
