Went in right before closing and the staff was very nice and helped me out. I know they were probably ready to go home but that didn’t change the way they treated me. Very much appreciated it.

The Kendallville Office is awesome and the service is great.
We had our first visit today with Dr. Susan Ballinger. She was very informative, sweet and thorough. We left with all our questions answered and how to proceed with confidence. The office staff and assistant were equally as genuine and helpful.
Got right in and was helped by very kind folks. My health history was taken down and vitals taken. COVID and flu tests were negative. Doctor examined me. Diagnosed and meds were prescribed. Explanations were clear and thorough.
