Everyone was very professional and very proficient in taking care of me.
The Kendallville Office is awesome and the service is great.
We had our first visit today with Dr. Susan Ballinger. She was very informative, sweet and thorough. We left with all our questions answered and how to proceed with confidence. The office staff and assistant were equally as genuine and helpful.
Got right in and was helped by very kind folks. My health history was taken down and vitals taken. COVID and flu tests were negative. Doctor examined me. Diagnosed and meds were prescribed. Explanations were clear and thorough.
Fast Pace got me In and out within a hour. Staff and nurse practitioner were great.
Taken very good care of us made sure we understood all instructions
Did ok but not sure if I only had what they diagnosed me with. I think that they should have given me a shot to get it in my system as I’ve been struggling to still get better and it’s been a week now. Never have I ever taken that long before just to start feeling better.
This was my first visit here. Unfortunately it was not a good one. Not fast and didn't listen to what I was saying. I want in due to an illness and they sent me home with nothing. I had to spend more money and go back to another clinic for them to tell me exactly what I knew and that I had a sinus infection and it was not damn allergies I ended up with not 1 but 4 scripts and taken off work. The only thing that the clinic was worried about was me taking a Covid test or flu test. I left with a prescription for steroids and i got worse and had to see another doctor, which is treating me for my symptoms.
