Ok. So on the reply i was actually trying to give a excellent rating, but hit the wrong button. Professional and courteous staff here. Small wait time. Facility was clean and organized. Thank you. I would recommend going here

Had to wait a bit but staff was courteous and helpful. PA was knowledgeable. Wondered if I shouldn’t have had an antibiotic cause green stuff still coming from head and chest. Overall good experience. Merry Christmas.

I wish I had my $40 copay back so that I could’ve used it for the doctor that I went to today (that actually did something for me). I am experiencing one of the worst sicknesses I have had, and left with no answers or medicine. Huge waste of time and money, and my sickness continues to progress.

The doctor had no concern to my condition and refused to look further into it and told me “I don’t know” was the only answer he had for me.

The Nurse Practitioner didn’t shut the door while discussing my situation, I felt like the visit was rushed just to get me out. I feel like my visit could have been discussed more privately and professionally. If I wanted my information shared with the whole office and the staff and other patients this would be the place to visit.

Fast Pace scheduled a follow up appointment after I saw them the first time. I went in for my follow up and specifically asked the front desk associate if this was a chargeable visit since it was a follow up and the answer was no. Based on this answer I saw the doctor. Now I have been billed another $75.00for a follow up that I could have done with my Teledoc for no charge. I feel I was lied to and duped. Be careful with this clinic and make sure you have everything in writing before you are seen.

This was our second time going in 2 weeks. The 1st time the dr "assumed" it was ringworm. It was in form of a ring. So it was common sense. We just needed to be treated. She said we could schedule an appointment with the dermatologist if we wanted but to use a cream she gave her.. Strep throat was - after i knew she had strep throat due to symptoms . Since it didnt show on the test it was "allergies". Second time i went... we were 1st in line to be seen. The nurse got us in quickly. Swabbed for strep throat, covid and flu. ... read more

We are still dealing with this horrible place from a visit back in November. Checked in. We were 3rd in line. I watched three people come out but our line spot never moved. One other person came in who had reserved spot in line. Waiting room empty except for one person. Two receptionists were gossiping and goofing off within earshot of me and my 6year old .
