The Nurse Practitioner didn’t shut the door while discussing my situation, I felt like the visit was rushed just to get me out. I feel like my visit could have been discussed more privately and professionally. If I wanted my information shared with the whole office and the staff and other patients this would be the place to visit.

Business response:

Regina, we pride ourselves on our quality service and the high-quality standards we strive to maintain. Can we connect with you to discuss your experience? Please contact our patient services department at customerservice@fastpacehealth.com or (615) 819-1189.

Fast Pace scheduled a follow up appointment after I saw them the first time. I went in for my follow up and specifically asked the front desk associate if this was a chargeable visit since it was a follow up and the answer was no. Based on this answer I saw the doctor. Now I have been billed another $75.00for a follow up that I could have done with my Teledoc for no charge. I feel I was lied to and duped. Be careful with this clinic and make sure you have everything in writing before you are seen.

This was our second time going in 2 weeks. The 1st time the dr "assumed" it was ringworm. It was in form of a ring. So it was common sense. We just needed to be treated. She said we could schedule an appointment with the dermatologist if we wanted but to use a cream she gave her.. Strep throat was - after i knew she had strep throat due to symptoms . Since it didnt show on the test it was "allergies". Second time i went... we were 1st in line to be seen. The nurse got us in quickly. Swabbed for strep throat, covid and flu. ... read more

We are still dealing with this horrible place from a visit back in November. Checked in. We were 3rd in line. I watched three people come out but our line spot never moved. One other person came in who had reserved spot in line. Waiting room empty except for one person. Two receptionists were gossiping and goofing off within earshot of me and my 6year old . People register on iPad so not sure why there was two. My daughter in the car saw an employee/nurse go out in the parking lot making out with her boyfriend/husband while ... read more

Facility at 2960 Winfield Parkway. Desk receptionist Sharon was professional. The director and coordinator were not. They lacked any skills in customer service and refused to listen to my complaint like children: turning and walking away. They refused to give me their names and when I asked for corporate's phone number, they gave me billing's number. Someone must of talk a little sense into them as one of them returned and had Sharon write down their names. They refused to even look at me. I'm a 53 year old professional. The... read more

At check in it took almost a hour to get check in. I was the only one there. After I was check in, the nurse practitioner came in, it wasn’t their long, at check in I have two insurance company the person check me in told me I had a copay, I try to explain to her that I didn’t have a copay because what one insurance don’t pay the other one will, so to get seen I had to pay a 35.00 copay, which is not correct. I they the check in person needs more training on check in and insurance.

Waited there for 2 and a half hours to find out I had covid. They took the test that takes 15 minutes and didn’t come back in for an hour.

Came in for a COVID/Strep test the First Lady I had was really sweet. The doctor came in and I mentioned I had a severe sore throat and I couldn’t eat or drink: or breathe sometimes. I received no medicine and was told to buy Zyrtec and eat vegetables. (I can’t eat) A Walgreens employee helped me out more than the visit to this urgent care.

I will say they did get me in fast. That’s always great. I went in for an injury after falling on my buttock. During the initial visit they said most likely it doesn’t need X-rays, so I didn’t get any. It became an open wound unbeknownst to me. I didn’t realize that it could turn into a wound from the initial visit. During the second visit they established it needed wound care. The NP said she called a few places and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, due to busy lines. I drove to the Tennova Wound Care listed on the referral a... read more
