The N.A. Kerry is awesome Wait time was 1.5 hours. No more than 2 patients seen in that time. Cortez PA refused to give appropriate care couldn’t have cared less, finally agreed to call in 3 basic health.pills and she waited until the pharmacies were closing to send them in. The secretary 0. Rude and yelled diagnosos codes, after I asked to speak to the office manager those called first to make sure they would be ok. Avoid

Awful awful awful. Nurse practitioner Bri is a hateful sarcastic person I will never go back And I will spread the word when anyone else asks. Did I say awful? Shame There is not zero star option.
This place is a total rip off,charging myself over 300.00 to write a prescription for a spider bite.Never ever give them your debit card for approval cuz you might not know what you get hit with.

The person we checked in with was fine. The nurse listened to what happened and then continued to tell us about her family’s injuries and how we should be glad ours wasn’t that bad! The doctor we saw told us my child’s elbow was broken without waiting for the radiologist to call back with their results. Then came back and said the radiologist doesn’t think it’s broken but it obviously is. She put him in a sling. Then there was a different lady at the front desk. My issue is still being reviewed. Dr Proffit was to consult with my cardiologist and to call me back. Still have not heard back from the doctor.
I was seen an hour and 20 min after my appointment so to me that’s not fast pace. I tested positive for Covid but was gave nothing for my congestion My cousin was with me and tested positive but was given med for her congestion
