It took me three hours to see a doctor just to have the doctor look at me for 2 minutes and diagnose me, which turned out to not be the right diagnosis when I went to a different doctor days later.
Was surprised I couldn’t have an X-ray done nor blood work due to the facilities limitations.
Slow to sign in. But otherwise good.

I got in quickly, which is why I typically drive to this location. My problem was the treatment. I went in with symptoms I couldn’t control at home and bec I tested negative, they told me to just treat at home. I have 3 family members in the house with current positives and I had every symptom to assume I could test positive even the next day. Because I didn’t get meds here, I ended up having to go to a different place that would give me meds. It was a waste of time.
Horrible wait team even w appt. Poor service, rude unuseful workers.
Didn’t take out of state insurance and cost $150 for 10 min and a Miss diagnosis.
Preregistered online at 9am for 1055am. There was 7 people in front of me on the online waiting list when I registered and 3 when I checked in at the front desk. Waited over an hour in the waiting room and then got moved to an exam room just to wait another hour. Provider was in the room probably about 5-10 min did a quick look over sent meds to the pharmacy. Just a Covid, flu, and strep test every time we’ve been there and just come in and usually prescribe steroids and antibiotics except this time. Asked since he had been sick quite a bit in the last two years for some blood work but said they couldn’t do it then said it was normal since he was in school for him to be sick almost once a month.
It was a good experience got out of the back room fast. My work note was very vague. Didn’t say what strep I had or anything like that.
