This was a follow up from my first pcp appointment where I was told to go to the hospital from the center to be on the safe side. Since this was the follow up I would have preferred to see the actual PCP that sent me. I understand about training pa’s and I think they are great. All she kept say was “if you were my patient I’d put you on this” I was not her patient though and the actual dr that I signed up with for a pcp didn’t even come into the room. Front desk lady was rude…. Everyone else were very nice and respectful

The lady at the front desk is terrible she’s so rude for no reason especially to people that are already feeling bad, very very poor character and puts a bad reputation in the fast pace name.

I presented with clear symptoms of pneumonia, having had a history of asthma-related pneumonias. NP Summer Wiseman said she was ordering a covid test. I did not want such a test. She argued with me, demanded I take the test, demanded to know why I did not want the test. When I refused again, her demeanor changed drastically.
