I told the receptionist that I was weak I had been vomiting all night and morning.. and still the bitch made me fill out paperwork as if it couldn’t wait until I was seen by a doctor or after care.. their so scared of not getting paid they would make a half dead person full out paperwork before seeing a doctor.. I’ll never chose this urgent care again..
Sorry I arrived at what must’ve been a late lunch, I expected a normal wait time to be seen. Sign in methodology is good but that’s where it ended! My mother and I sat there for an hour, lunch was delivered , aft thy first hour, I was taken to the back, my body taken and left to sit there after being told that I would have to wait five minutes for an X-ray After sitting in pain for another hour and fifteen Until I got up and got my mother from waiting area And left within even being touched! Terrific staff! Low wait time. Attentive, caring doctor. They were thorough and competent. They were able to refer me to a specialist and get me in to see them immediately. I greatly appreciate all that was done for me.
Wonderful service, I was seen early, the doctor was well informed and addresssed the problem directly. I highly recommend them.
Bathrooms were dirty, the girl in the front was extremely rude to patients, I wanted an hour in the lobby to be seen even tho I pre registered online and was first in line on the screen. I know people have bad days but the lady up front shouldn’t be yelling at elderly patients who need help filling out a form.

The location on Country Club Road was very clean, spacious.
The wait was longer long. Staff laughing, talking about random personal info. When patients come into Urgent care we expect fast service. Patient do not into urgent to wait an hour to been seen when there’s no other patients.
The nurse: Tasha A. (LPN) was extremely rude and kinda bullish! She never allowed me to talk on my issues. I wanted my mother in the room with me but she refused to let her in. I felt very uncomfortable,along with her basically making me agree on what I had going on with my body! I just wish the other nurses was there at the time of my visit! They’re more polite and understanding. I don’t ever want to visit that site while that mean lady is working there! Never had Tasha A. before & never want to again.
