By far best service! Everything was quick and easy. Nurses and NP gave such welcoming feelings !

They was fast and concerning. They got us in the back within 5mins. The X-rays went smooth and fast. Dr came in and was straight forward and got us schedule with the orthopedic. They are the best in town.

We waited two hours to been seen, which wouldn’t have been an issue except once we finally were seen we were told they didn’t have xray so we had to go to Sulphur. The boot they put on my daughter was too big, they replaced it with the correct size at the Sulphur urgent care. Overall it wasn’t a great experience we should’ve been notified when we checked in with an injury they didn’t have xray, the staff was friendly but we won’t be going back.

Your associates assumed I was there just for a work excuse. They did not examine me at all. All I was told was “ we can’t help you here” then I was sent to another facility. The experience there was so unprofessional medically. This particular location needs to be reviewed asap!! My personal opinion only.

The Dr or nurse assumed I was there for an excuse from work. That is not how you should approach a person that needs medical attention.
