Your associates assumed I was there just for a work excuse. They did not examine me at all. All I was told was “ we can’t help you here” then I was sent to another facility. The experience there was so unprofessional medically. This particular location needs to be reviewed asap!! My personal opinion only.
The Dr or nurse assumed I was there for an excuse from work. That is not how you should approach a person that needs medical attention.

I did not have a good experience. The receptionist was not kind or helpful. The medical assistant wasn’t knowledgeable. She did not have the proper tools or good bedside manner. I will not be back.
I notified them that I was pretty sure I had strep throat, they tested for flu and COVID (both negative) and called me out some cough medicine. Went to another urgent care the next day and told them the same thing and I tested positive for strep throat.
I told the receptionist that I was weak I had been vomiting all night and morning.. and still the bitch made me fill out paperwork as if it couldn’t wait until I was seen by a doctor or after care.. their so scared of not getting paid they would make a half dead person full out paperwork before seeing a doctor.. I’ll never chose this urgent care again..
Sorry I arrived at what must’ve been a late lunch, I expected a normal wait time to be seen. Sign in methodology is good but that’s where it ended! My mother and I sat there for an hour, lunch was delivered , aft thy first hour, I was taken to the back, my body taken and left to sit there after being told that I would have to wait five minutes for an X-ray After sitting in pain for another hour and fifteen Until I got up and got my mother from waiting area And left within even being touched!
