The location on Country Club Road was very clean, spacious.
The wait was longer long. Staff laughing, talking about random personal info. When patients come into Urgent care we expect fast service. Patient do not into urgent to wait an hour to been seen when there’s no other patients.
The nurse: Tasha A. (LPN) was extremely rude and kinda bullish! She never allowed me to talk on my issues. I wanted my mother in the room with me but she refused to let her in. I felt very uncomfortable,along with her basically making me agree on what I had going on with my body! I just wish the other nurses was there at the time of my visit! They’re more polite and understanding. I don’t ever want to visit that site while that mean lady is working there! Never had Tasha A. before & never want to again.
The staff was really nice but I got the impression that the nurse practitioner didn’t know what or how to diagnose my child’s issue…. He was only focused on one area of the spreading as of it started in her scalp…. I needed help on how to get her neck healed and for the rash to stop spreading… he actually told me not to put anything on her neck to help with the dryness, cracking, burning and the spreading… He looked lost and still didn’t diagnose her correctly… I don’t remember the guys name….
