The receptionist was very nice & cordial. The doctor was excellent, took care of my problem. She also gave me a printout sheet explaining what was wrong. She prescribed medication to take care of my problem

Absolutely terrible experience. The provider dismissed the patient and stated nothing was wrong and that we were stupid for wanting cultures sent out for strep. Took said patient to a different provider that did cultures as well and blood work and found infection and treated patient accordingly. I will never recommend or use fast pace urgent care again.

Nurse come through the door telling me I had covid or flu. Informed her I took a covid and flu test before coming to clinic. She insisted it was one or the other. She retook my swabs and said it would take 10 minutes to run test. About 3 minutes later she was back saying I had flu A. I symptoms only lasted for about 12hrs, then gone. I retook a covid and flu test at home 12 hrs later and was negative once again. I did feel bad enough for a few hrs that I that could be flu, but never had runny nose or cough. My appointment was at 1:20. Only waited a few minutes to go to exam room but I waited over 45 minutes for the practitioner nurse how I know it was so long I got a voicemail while waiting I personally think that is a long wait, there was only 1man in the waiting room it was empty but they were nice I was not feeling well at all so the long wait was frustrating, I looked at the time I got the voicemail that’s how I knew how long it was

I was dismissed after being sick for five days. Said nothing was showing up positive. I have been coughing up like green hard chunks with sinus pressure and pain for several days now and told there is no sign of infection when clearly there is.

Made appointment because I had a bad allergy infection. Every time I have been in there was given a shot and felt better within a few hours. Picked up medication at pharmacy and nothing more than over the counter medication. Why go to doctor to if they don’t prescribe something that will help. Wasted co pay and billing my insurance for nothing. I’m still in bed sick going on three days

always a rude lady at the front desk & extremely slow service. can always hear the staff laughing & cutting up in the back (while there are people waiting to be seen in the lobby). anytime i have to come here, i already know ill be waiting an hour or more until i am even called to the back.
