Dr refused to order labs and refill my levothyroxine
Made appointment because I had a bad allergy infection. Every time I have been in there was given a shot and felt better within a few hours. Picked up medication at pharmacy and nothing more than over the counter medication. Why go to doctor to if they don’t prescribe something that will help. Wasted co pay and billing my insurance for nothing. I’m still in bed sick going on three days
always a rude lady at the front desk & extremely slow service. can always hear the staff laughing & cutting up in the back (while there are people waiting to be seen in the lobby). anytime i have to come here, i already know ill be waiting an hour or more until i am even called to the back.

they always assume you’re “pregnant” instead of having stomach ulcers or something.
Prescribed wrong antibiotics for strep called due to no improvement. No call back, returned to be seen again, charged $100 for second unnecessary visit.

Diana LaDow was the nurse practitioner I saw. She was rude and unprofessional. She would not listen to my symptoms. Her service was a waste of my $35 co-pay and I will not be back to this facility because of her and neither will my friends or family.
