Great experience! Made my appointment online and didn’t have to wait long once arriving. Very professional and friendly staff. Didn’t rush me through. I will use them as my go-to urgent care in the future.
Only reason I’d give this place one star if any is because I have to have one to make the review. This place is a joke. Staff and doctor were very rude to me however the nurse was very nice to me. I did not receive the right treatment and had to visit a different doctor the next day who diagnosed and treated me in the correct manner. If you are needing to go to a walk in clinic I recommend going the extra mile and seeing a different one.
Our visit was a complete joke. I took my sick child in that was showing symptoms of the same virus I and other family members had been fighting and given antibiotics and steroids for. After being left in the room for an excessive amount of time, the " doctor" came in and said that there wasn't anything wrong with him and I should give him a Zyrtec and send him to school. No medication given or prescribed. So I payed a $ 40.00 copay for absolutely NOTHING! By this time his pediatrician was open so I immediately called them ... read more
Absolutely the best.!! Friendly staff. Dr Scott was wonderful...he is very kind & showed concern about my issues. Prescription was called in immediately. Very little wait time. Many Thanks to Fast Pace Health Care!!
First of all it took well over an hour with a scheduled appointment and 1 other person in the waiting area. Second, the nurse did not swab me right for flu and Covid. Lastly, the nurse practitioner acted like I was drug seeking and was extremely rude. I have been here many times and never treated so poorly. I was obviously sick and when I asked for a note for work she acted like I was irritating her. From now on I will drive 30 minutes to Knoxville for better care. Very disappointed!
