Staff was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and thorough. The only problem was the wait time. I had made an “appointment” and was a a couple of minutes late due to traffics delays. There were other people waiting when I got there and they were all called before me (maybe they had appointments too?) and I wound up waiting about 50 minutes after my appointment time.

I felt the check in process took a little longer than necessary. But I also felt that I got really good care from someone that listened to me. I would absolutely recommend Fast Pace Health in Madisonville

Everyone was so patient w my daughter who has a disability. We got in and discharged quickly. Though we were one of the last patients, there was evidence of things on chairs and floors. Will go back again.

Last minute decision to get tested didn’t have time to register prior to my appointment but completed forms on site. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Good experience with the exception of the fact I have Covid
