More interested in pitching upper line plus and my Medicare than my injuries, they couldn’t even patch my skin tear had to go to Sweetwater ER. Felt like a racket to me…

This is urgent care they should be able to see walk in patients. You should not have to make appointments to be seen. It should be based on 1st come 1st serve basis. There were patients turned away who needed to see the provider. Appointments should be for regular doctor offices not urgent care, most people only go there when there is no other option available!

The physician did fine but the wait was horrible. I checked in online for a 9:14 time, arrived at 9AM but wasn’t called back until around 11AM

I saw Amanda as my primary care Dr just to get prescriptions for blood pressure medication. Now she's no longer with the company and they tell me I've got to see another Dr and spend more money (self pay) in order to get my prescriptions refilled and it's only been 3-4 months. THIS IS A RIPOFF! DO NOT USE Fast Pace as a primary Dr.

Needed a tetnus shot and an x-ray. They didn’t have either. Not the professional service I expected. Felt as though I was tricked into paying a huge copay and a doctor’s bill for no service.
I need a dr not a nurse to take care of the issue
My son’s ears, nose and throat were all bothering him. Had a cough and some congestion. The doctor did not look in his ears to check for infection. She very quickly glanced at his throat. She stated “you probably have some fluid in your ears” but he wasn’t given anything except Flonase. Very poor bed side manner. The nurse was very nice though.
The website said you offered diagnostic come to fine no you don’t. So now we sit in the waiting room at the hospital. The website should state what services are offered at each location. But the staff was great….
