My son’s ears, nose and throat were all bothering him. Had a cough and some congestion. The doctor did not look in his ears to check for infection. She very quickly glanced at his throat. She stated “you probably have some fluid in your ears” but he wasn’t given anything except Flonase. Very poor bed side manner. The nurse was very nice though.
The website said you offered diagnostic come to fine no you don’t. So now we sit in the waiting room at the hospital. The website should state what services are offered at each location. But the staff was great….
I felt I was tested for things that were not even an issue. Even when I said no to them.
