Everyone that I met yesterday was very nice and friendly and prompt I apologize I do not remember the girl that checked me in nor the funny lady that worked me up and I thought the doctors name was Lauren and I do not see that I do see a Lori, but they were all very good to me

Our doctor was so nice and so great with my 3 year old son! I think his name was Jonathan. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to him!

Considering the front desk receptionist did the triaging and the NP did not have an assistant or nurse they both done a fantastic job. They were both professional and never complained about being short handed.

Went in for a simple drug screen or so I thought. As usual fast paced is not fast paced. Had to wait for the receptionist to check in and deal with others in the waiting room who came in way after me. I was even the only person in the waiting room at one point. Much to my surprise THE RECEPTIONIST DOES THE DRUG SCREENING. Wow, what a business model of cutting corners. Have the customer wait while all of the desk tasks are done. First of all no Covid or flu test so got tested for strep throat. Nurse didn’t get a good sample my daughter was moving around and didn’t take the time to make sure she had a good example. Took her to her regular doctor she tested positive for strep throat. I know her throat was red because she got sent home from school. And the school nurse said it was red. Couldn’t give me much of a diagnosis, just told me that if didn’t get better in a few days maybe I needed to go to ER.

After telling medical provider the medication she prescribed does not work insisted on giving anyways. I’ve tried same medication 2 times before with no help. Listen to the patients sometimes. It helps us both out!
