After telling medical provider the medication she prescribed does not work insisted on giving anyways. I’ve tried same medication 2 times before with no help. Listen to the patients sometimes. It helps us both out!

Nurse was great. Nurse Practitioner was indifferent. Mentioned to her I did a home Covid test that was positive and had a dry and irritated.throat. Requested a strep test that she refused, which is fine but based on her reaction coming into the room she seemed more concerned about being exposed to Covid herself and did not even look at my throat . Rude front desk
Staff was nice but definitely not the experience I was expecting since I had been sick since before the holidays not very thorough
The visit was great but when it came to getting my medicine, that was ridiculous. Waited 2 hours for them to call it in, when I left the office was full of employees and only 2 other patients. Never have had any problems using fast pace.
The front desk clerk is unprofessional and no compassion about the sick people that come in there. She tried to argue with me about my ambetter insurance ID # telling me that basically the information I’m giving her is wrong bc I left my card at home and then decides to talk about me to another staff right beside me smh all bc she didn’t listen to nothing I said and making up her own story.
