Opened at 8:00 am. I was there before they opened. They did not call a single person back before 9:15am. The waiting room was full and nobody was being seen.
For being and urgent care. I was the only one there and had all paperwork done online, I still sat in waiting room for over and hour passed my appointment time.
Clinic is very slow. There is always a wait of 30 minutes to an hour whether the clinic is full of people or not. This has been the cause at least 4 times that I have visited.
Very rude front desk clerk! Will not be back
