The front desk clerk is unprofessional and no compassion about the sick people that come in there. She tried to argue with me about my ambetter insurance ID # telling me that basically the information I’m giving her is wrong bc I left my card at home and then decides to talk about me to another staff right beside me smh all bc she didn’t listen to nothing I said and making up her own story. Opened at 8:00 am. I was there before they opened. They did not call a single person back before 9:15am. The waiting room was full and nobody was being seen.
For being and urgent care. I was the only one there and had all paperwork done online, I still sat in waiting room for over and hour passed my appointment time.
Clinic is very slow. There is always a wait of 30 minutes to an hour whether the clinic is full of people or not. This has been the cause at least 4 times that I have visited.
Very rude front desk clerk! Will not be back
