Well we went to Face Pace in Carlyss we needed a X-ray no tech there so they sent us to the Beglis Face Pace where there was suppose to be a X-ray tech there till 4 we get there no tech so they call Moss Bluff and send us there we get there and they tell us that not sure if the X-ray tech is there and if she is she would be going the doctor a favor cause she wasn’t on the clock. This is the 3rd time I have a very poor experience and poor service. The staff did not meet my expectations. I had to call 3 times to get results, the first 2 times I was told they will call for my results and give a call back right away… that never happened. I called a 3rd time and I was told medicine will be called in to my pharmacy whenever the NP have time to do it. It is the next day and no medicine has been called in for me yet. Overall I had no complaints with the service of my nurse practitioner, however there were quite a few employees working in the back that kept complaining very loudly about how terrible of a place Fast Pace is to work for and how they liked working for Urgent Care better. It was very unprofessional around patients.
Diagnosis and NP were very helpful. Nurses were not very friendly or welcoming. Actually, they were somewhat rude.
Went for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Waited over an over just to be tested. Sat through three rounds of people in the lobby so “waiting for others before me to be seen” is not an excuse. Had to fill out a personal information document upon arrival which I was uncomfortable because I was not there to see any doctor, meanwhile hearing the cackling from the staff in the back calling people not there to have a “ghetto fabulous” birthday. Being the only one there and scheduling a set time online it sure took forever to get in and out.
I went into the clinic yesterday because I had large boil in a very bad spot and I was suffering with lots of pain. NP said that it didn’t need to be lanced because she wouldn’t get anything out. She told me warm compresses which I’ve done for over a week. It was obvious she didn’t want to mess with it and prescribed me pain pills and antibiotics. Maybe spent 20 seconds in the room. Said no flu or Covid. She said it was a respiratory virus but nothing more. I literally could barely stand up and hurt all over. She literally spent 20 to 30 seconds in the room. Typical steroid shot and go home. I know they get busy in there but that was pathetic
Idk who assisted us never said his name. It was very rushed. I believe they were all trying to hurry so they could leave to get ready for NYE. They didn’t even test for strep just looked in her throat. I had more questions I was going to ask the doctor when he came back in but never saw him again. Will be making an appointment with an actual Doctor tomorrow because her symptoms have not gotten any better but worse.
