Its been 3 days since my visit and i have yet not heard anything on the x ray that was taken on my hand.

Horrible. Finely got called back 1:10 after my 9am appointment. Then waited another 20 minutes in an exam room for them to come get us for a X-ray. We left. Should have knew we would be waiting when food was delivered to the building.
I made my appointment online and arrived early. It still took over and hour for me to even get call back. When I checked my spot in line it showed I was next and they took 3 people back before calling me at that point. Then once in the back it took over 30 minutes to be seen. This was disappointing.
Receptionist would not take primary insurance card, stated it don't work after Jan 1, charged my sister $60.00 copay using secondary insurance only, told the receptionist my sister has both medicare and secondary insurance. I stated since she was a prior patient that her cards should have been on file but was told that it wasnt! ??? Why wasnt it???This is unexceptable! Waited for an hour and 15 minutes just for the “doctor “ to spend less than one minute in the room with me. I won’t be back.
So I went in because I had a bad sore throat with fever. They swabbed me for COVID, flu, and strept. The provider comes in and says that my strept swab was positive and she could either do antibiotics or see if it passes. I said well strept doesn’t go away on it’s own. She said well it’s probably a false positive. Then the nurse comes in while I’m talking to her and says I have COVID too. I went through the online portal to register her and secure an appointment time. I arrived 10min early like I what was required of me. But I still had to wait 30min after my appointment time.
