After I told the nurse what was going on, she leaves the room and I instantly start to hear laughing. Finally when the doctor or nurse practitioner came in she was giggling the whole time about what was going on with me. It was pretty obvious they were laughing about it outside the room. Very unprofessional

I waited over an hour longer than my scheduled appointment. Which I understand happens. The nurse did a strep swab. Then the doctor walked in and couldn’t diagnose me. Quickly chose allergies as my diagnosis and offered me antibiotics and a numbing medicine for my throat. I got to my car and my release paper states they preformed a Covid 19 swab. I was never swabbed for Covid or the Flu. No mention of Strep on my paper. It says my diagnosis is laryngitis and sinusitis. I don’t have a runny or stopped up nose. Went to get the... read more

It felt like the NP and the lady that came in after could not be bothered during my appointment. The last lady that came even stating “you don’t look like you’re that sick, I can walk in a room and tell if someone is really sick” I’m not sure how I was supposed to look or act for them to believe I was not feeling well. I used to love coming here for my family. Definitely will never be back after the encounter yesterday.

The nurse practitioner definitely needs more people skills. Very dry quick to getting the sit-in over. I actually had more questions that didn’t get answered. Just made me feel like cattle moved through the system as fast as possible. I definitely will not be back to this facility. Not for paying my hard earned money and to get this type of treatment. The person who checked my blood pressure did a great job and was very pleasant and thorough. The nurse practitioner definitely was not.

The nurse in back was great. The receptionist at desk was as rude as they come.
The Dr or Nurse Practitioner that I saw was awesome and. She was very helpful and done an outstanding job and i am not sure that I have ever had any Dr or nurse practitioner that made my visit as comfortable as she did.
