Got us in real quick but the wait time in the patient room was longer.
I love the call ahead registration! Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. I was in and out quickly without a long wait to see the Doctor.

It took a while to get waited on even with an appointment but all of the staff was super super nice

The staff was great! Although I thought they should have prescribed me medication since I was diagnosed with Covid. I left there with the confirmation I had it but nothing to help get rid of it.
The provider did not even leave the doorway to examine me. She came in said you have a toothache I’ll call in clindamycin I told her my ear was really bothering me from before the tooth and how it hurt to swallow she did nothing. She didn’t even check for swelling near my jaw like I mentioned. She may have spent 1 min in total with me. She didn’t even come fully inside the room to speak to me. I went there today for a UTI test. I understand it’s an urgent care, but there was not a soul there. I went back, gave them a urine sample then an older nurse practitioner came in and told me that she had the stomach virus without a mask and that everyone there was sick and that I just might as well realize that I was gonna be sick too because everything was there and it was just out of the blue and I do not have an understanding of why someone would act that way and again why do you have people working that are sick or even... read more
