I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour after pre registering online. While I was waiting no one was taken back nor did anyone come out. After being taken back I was there no longer than 5 mins for them to tell me they could not help me or do anything for me. However they got their $50 from me to absolutely do nothing. Customer care was awful, the lights when out and I was asked if I had turned the lights out in the doctors office. The doctor barely looked at me and said I seemed fine without thoroughly checking my symptoms. When the lights went out she said “yay maybe we can go home” to the nurse. Very unprofessional. Front desk service was very rude. Will not recommend. Appointment was for 1:30. Didn’t get back until 2:30. Doctor was very nice.

I paid $50 copay. Complaint was chest congestion. Not one person listened to my chest. Didn’t even put hands on. Terrible. Do better.

I was sick and filled all paper when they told me that I had a 35.00 co pay I reach them 40.00 dollars and they said sorry we have to have a credit or debit card, I don’t have either so I left. I think it’s sad that you guys turn people away because you don’t accept cash. I will never return there and I will not recommend to anyone else, very disheartening.
