The lady at the desk was rude, not very welcoming ( this was my first time there) there were people in the lobby talking about they were positive for Covid she didn’t ask them to put on a mask. I waited over 2 hours just to do a drug screen for employment that didn’t take 5 minutes when I finally got called back. I’m sorry I work in a family medicine clinic and I just didn’t like the way things went. Was really happy to finally leave.
It was the absolute worst trip I have ever made to the doctor. I tell her there is some kind of infection in my body and I know my body, she didn’t so much as do a urine sample or bloodwork or anything. She just told me I had strained my back. I had a dull ache across my back and into my sides, I Al had a temp of 101 the previous night. There will not be any more trips to the urgent care for me to charge me $45.00 in which I pay specialist for with my insurance. Not going to happen anymore.

After sitting there for 1 1/2 hours with no one in the waiting room, they couldn’t help my daughter after all. They should’ve told me I needed to go to the ER when they found out that it was a fall and injury to the face. Instead they let us sit there for no reason.
The doctor I saw I have seen before. She prescribed me the same antibiotic as she always does. I have told her several time that the medication does not work and have asked for a different medication and she refuses to try anything different. So guess what I’m still sick
I got there at 3:30pm was told to come back at 5:24 stayed in the room for almost 3 HOURS that is ridiculous
