The staff was great! Although I thought they should have prescribed me medication since I was diagnosed with Covid. I left there with the confirmation I had it but nothing to help get rid of it.

Provider was so rude to me. Right off the bat, acted like I was stupid for wearing a mask. Treated me like an inconvenience. Rolled her eyes at me. Told me my symptoms were allergies (I went elsewhere and had a severe sinus infection). Got frustrated with me wearing my mask and told me very hatef

The provider did not even leave the doorway to examine me. She came in said you have a toothache I’ll call in clindamycin I told her my ear was really bothering me from before the tooth and how it hurt to swallow she did nothing. She didn’t even check for swelling near my jaw like I mentioned. She may have spent 1 min in total with me. She didn’t even come fully inside the room to speak to me. I went there today for a UTI test. I understand it’s an urgent care, but there was not a soul there. I went back, gave them a urine sample then an older nurse practitioner came in and told me that she had the stomach virus without a mask and that everyone there was sick and that I just might as well realize that I was gonna be sick too because everything was there and it was just out of the blue and I do not have an understanding of why someone would act that way and again why do you have people working that are sick or even... read more

Terrible APRN that works here by the name of Crystal Coleman. She is straight up rude as soon as she walks in and makes you feel like you’re wasting her time no matter what you go in for. Never had a bad experience until I have seen her twice now. Came in for heartburn and she said “this is an urgent care”. Yes? And this is an urgent need and not care that needs to be taken to the ER. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour after pre registering online. While I was waiting no one was taken back nor did anyone come out. After being taken back I was there no longer than 5 mins for them to tell me they could not help me or do anything for me. However they got their $50 from me to absolutely do nothing. I listed what was wrong on my registration if they would have told me at the desk they couldn’t help me this wouldn’t have been such a negative review just to charge me for nothing.
