It was extremely difficult to get signed in. First of all I had my phone on silent due to I’m at the doctors office. I didn’t know you texted me to sign myself in on my phone. After about 30 minutes the lady asked me why I hadn’t done it yet. Then she had to come out several times to assist me. I’m in my 70s and don’t know how to do that. Then, we waited at least another hour to be called back. Then the medication she prescribed didn’t work and I had to go to my primary doctor a couple of days later.

Worst experience ever! People at the front must hate there job because they were so rude, the blonde hair doctor is super sweet but the other people don’t take there time with you what so ever and are extremely rude as well. I know rapids urgent care closed leaving this place one of the only options but I definitely do NOT recommend coming here!

Needed an antibiotic shot to seep the wellness up and this is dragging out with pills . I will not go back . Would rather pay for service and get well faster.
The automated sign-in system was very confusing. I asked the receptionist for assistance & she helped, but her demeanor was as if she didn’t want to because she was trying to order lunch for everyone. We have been to Fast Pace before & our info was in the system. The lady that took my minor daughter’s vitals didn’t acknowledge me at all. The NP was very nice & professional. The NP told us she could go back to school as long as she didn’t have fever. I have never heard that before. It’s always been 5 days you’re contagious. She also said anything over 103 is considered fever. I thought it was 99.1. I was not impressed I will not be going back.
