Needed an antibiotic shot to seep the wellness up and this is dragging out with pills . I will not go back . Would rather pay for service and get well faster.
The automated sign-in system was very confusing. I asked the receptionist for assistance & she helped, but her demeanor was as if she didn’t want to because she was trying to order lunch for everyone. We have been to Fast Pace before & our info was in the system. The lady that took my minor daughter’s vitals didn’t acknowledge me at all. The NP was very nice & professional. The NP told us she could go back to school as long as she didn’t have fever. I have never heard that before. It’s always been 5 days you’re contagious. She also said anything over 103 is considered fever. I thought it was 99.1. I was not impressed I will not be going back.
NP knowledgeable and caring. Had to wait 20 minutes. If there could be a way to separate the sick coughing patients in a separate area.
Didn’t get treated for what we came in for .
I was able to get in and out of my appointment in a timely manner.
Very nice environment. Nurse is thorough, Doctor knows her stuff

I wasn’t seen until an hour after my appointment time, which would be excusable considering the time of year. However, when I was finally seen, I felt like I was completely ignored. I had tested positive for Covid 4 days before and told them, but the provider obviously didn’t pay attention because when I got the results from the test that day, she acted like it was the first.
