I arrived at 1:03. Clinic opened at 1:00, there were 3 people in front of me. Everyone had their paperwork completed by 1:15. 1st pt. wasn’t called back till 1:45. After 90 minutes wait I was called back to a room, and found out the Lab sample I left 60 minutes prior had not been tested. The employees did state their names but I do not remember them. Overall, I’m pleased. I was seen and got the prescription I needed, although it took much longer than I had anticipated.

I was feeling really bad. The staff was very helpful and listened to me and treated me appropriately. She even walked me out because I was unsteady on my feet. I’m thankful we have Fast Pace in our community!
