Enjoyed chatting with the Dr.!! She was extremely considerate and helpful especially in areas that other staff members lacked, professionalism!! Terrible. NP did not listen to any concerns.
Couldn’t verify my insurance due to the system being down. Had to leave my card on file . Wait time was 2 hours. When you sign in it logs your time wrong. I was there around 10 but arrival time was 11:11. The patients can all see everyone’s name on a television monitor, there’s no privacy. You can hear what’s going on with the other patients through the walls. It was a very unpleasant experience. The nurse named Josh was professional.
