Great experience when I was sick. Nurse was very patient with me when I was not doing well with a strep swab. NP was very sweet. I did not get her name but she was very kind. I will be visiting next time I have a need

Did Xrays and checked me for Covid and the Flu. Tests showed I have the flu so meds were called . I was treated with a very friendly staff and they followed up on me later in the day. Would highly recommend

Having a apmt means nothing. Still had a hour wait. Other than that the staff was very nice but they really need to work on wait times

There’s one very pleasant lady there in the front office of rockwood she’s a bit older and another younger one that just seems to be having a bad day all day . I asked her if she was done w my id cards cause I have a tendency of walking out without them. She snapped at me that she had just sat down , then I asked for help w the phone cause it’s do everything on the machine and my phone was not taking me to where I needed to be . The Nurse and Doctor were great but the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all.
If not for the rude lady at the window taken my copay O would have given a 5 star!!!
