Terrible. NP did not listen to any concerns.
Couldn’t verify my insurance due to the system being down. Had to leave my card on file . Wait time was 2 hours. When you sign in it logs your time wrong. I was there around 10 but arrival time was 11:11. The patients can all see everyone’s name on a television monitor, there’s no privacy. You can hear what’s going on with the other patients through the walls. It was a very unpleasant experience. The nurse named Josh was professional.
