Customer service is a joke my son and step mom got kicked out and was threatened with the cops. Fast pace my ass my son sat there a hour and wasn’t even checked in completely.
RecommendedBeware!!!! We went back in November and paid our co pay. On December 13th they automatically charged my debit card for $250 without my knowing or approval. I have never had a doctor charge my card without notifying me first. We paid a $30 copay, they charged us $250 a month later and now they are texting saying we have a $57 balance, that's $337 for an x-ray. No one should be able to charge your card without you knowing!
Would absolutely not ever come here ever nor recommend anyone to ever come here. The staff makes TikToks of patient “icks” they have when it’s literally their job to take care of people. We all love to be made fun of by staff in other rooms and dragged on media. :’)
There is an incredibly rude and unprofessional nurse employed here. Every time I go there she is my nurse. Right as she came in to the room to see me I coughed in my arm and she abruptly said, “Don’t cough on me.” You are a nurse, this is what you do. I was being aware and made sure that’s exactly what I didn’t do before she ever demanded I do I otherwise. There was no “please” or anything.
