This used to be my Go-To urgent care. They were getting way too busy, so i switched to another one. I decided to go in today because they opened before my regular urgent care opened. On Friday, December 10th, 2021, I went to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care on Beglis Pkwy because it is closer to my house than the emergency room. I was having difficulty breathing and had just been discharged from the hospital 2 days prior for Congestive Heart Failure. Horrible !! brought someone in for an extremely bad cough and shortness of breath and all that was said was it’s a Wheeze no test or X-rays done or even offered!!
I went to this Urgent Care in May for body aches and just not feeling well. A Rapid COVID test was done and it came back negative so they came to the conclusion that I had a kidney infection. I went to the ER the next day. I had COVID pneumonia and had to be admitted for low oxygen levels. I thought it was maybe just a one time mess up. My sister went this week and the rapid COVID test came back negative and they told her she had pneumonia and bronchitis. Had to go elsewhere to get the help I needed. The NP acted like seeing patients was a bother to her. I use to love this place when it was Calcasieu. I will not be returning here.
Not too fast paced... I went in a few weeks ago for severe abdominal pain. There was no sense of urgency. Staff was sitting around sipping coffee and chatting. I had to go out of the exam room and ask for my results of urine screen and blood test. James White is a joke. We’ve been here about 4 times and unfortunately had him as the doctor each time. In the 4 times we’ve seen him, he has never given us a diagnosis. His answer to everything is a shot and a prescription of antibiotics. He doesn’t want to have to run any tests and doesn’t even take the time to listen to your symptoms.
Can't give you lower than a one. In an accident in obvious pain. You touched me and I cried. Real tears. Guess because it was so close to time for you to get off you really didn't care. Not everyone is a junkie looking for a fix. So nothing showed up in my X-ray. Yeah does not mean there is nothing wrong. You didn't even do a full physical on me. You poked me a couple times. Yeah great job.
