I checked in online so that reduced wait time even more. Staff is SUPER friendly and caring! They took the time to listen and was genuinely concerned. They’re speedy, but thorough. I’ll definitely go back if I need to.

Online registering was great and made wait time so much shorter. Didn’t have to wait in the common area long and only had one other person waiting there. Was seen promptly after go to the back. Staff was very efficient, professional and friendly. Overall very good experience considering why I was there.

We had a great experience. They didn’t have the meds we needed. They were able to locate them at a pharmacy. We picked them up and they took us right to the back and gave the injection.

Appointment was at 12:30, was not called back until 2:24, then waited in room another 30 mins. Dr was in room less than 5 mins and barely even looked at my son’s toe. She didn’t even tell us her name. All she done was call out antibiotics which we have done 3 rounds of antibiotics back to back already.

Waited at least an hour with only one other patient other than me there, to have to practically beg for a steroid shot and answers/ recommendations on medication to take for a virus I had, then went to the pharmacy 3 hours after the appointment for what medication should have been called out and they still hadn’t gotten a call for the prescription to be filled, if I could rate 0 stars I would
