Apparently there was an unexpected emergency with the doctor which I understand but they left me sitting in the room for over an hour with no communication. In my opinion coming from someone in the service industry that is not acceptable. I don’t remember the doctor or the nurses name so I’m just selecting someone.
Did an appointment ahead of time and didn’t get seen on time because they had walk in
The wait was longer than the time spent with the NP. It seemed like she was in a hurry to get out of the room
Only did a flu test and checked my lungs when I came in for chest pains. I was self pay and it was my one and only opportunity to get checked as I don’t have insurance.
Received the diagnosis and prescriptions I needed for my illness which made an unpleasant visit worthwhile at least. Very long wait. Had to ask for someone to take my temperature. I did have a fever. There was a concern about possible pneumonia but they did not have an X-ray machine at the time. I was very glad to be able to leave after being there so long feeling bad. I felt like the Nurse practitioner rushed. He didn’t even check my ears. I still feel very sick.
Always a great experience. 8 patients ahead of me but went fast. Don’t remember who assisted me but she was great. She knew exactly what the problem was and had me out of there in no time. I feel so much better today. Thanks to all of you!
I signed in from my phone before I left my house and did my registration. Got there. 5 minute wait and then called back. Longest wait was COVID and flu swabs. Start to finish with shots and a prescription less than 30 minutes.
