Paityn was seen twice, 5 days apart, 2 different doctors. Our first visit, Feb. 2, went great. Second visit, Feb. 6, not so much! Doctor didnât have a clue Paitynâs name, age, or condition. No medical options given, just gave ANOTHER antibiotic; yet claims weâre treating a VIRAL INFECTION!Â
We were billed for $15 co-pay which we paid and the check cleared our back on 4/30/24 we have received several bills by mail and spoke with the Sylacaug office as well as the Tennessee office several times and was assured it has been paid. Today 6/6/24 we received another call from someone representing Fastpace saying it had not been paid, this person could not speak English very well. We will never use Fastpace again and I guess we will need to get a lawyer to stop this nonsense. Â
Check in process used to be easy. Now I have to re-register every time I go, even though you are my primary provider and I have been there 5 times in 2 months. Itâs a total hassle. Other offices only make me register once a year with paperwork.Â
Went in for visit due to coughing, head and chest congestion. Tested positive for Strep. Was prescribed an antibiotic. Asked the nurse practitioner if this medicine would cause another type of female infection and if so to prescribe something for it. He stated that the antibiotic shouldnât.
