Check in process used to be easy. Now I have to re-register every time I go, even though you are my primary provider and I have been there 5 times in 2 months. It’s a total hassle. Other offices only make me register once a year with paperwork.
Went in for visit due to coughing, head and chest congestion. Tested positive for Strep. Was prescribed an antibiotic. Asked the nurse practitioner if this medicine would cause another type of female infection and if so to prescribe something for it. He stated that the antibiotic shouldn’t. However, I knew it would because I’ve taken them before. By day 4 the other infection presented itself very badly I called at 9 AM to ask that the medicine to cure it be called in for me. We were greeted with a great smile, and also the rep and her assistant was awesome. Once we were called back to the room the nurse that did her vitals were great swabbed her throat was great. The doctor came in. He looked at my ears, looked in the mouth did not listen to her chest. He says she has strep, change your toothbrush and give her Tylenol and Motrin every 4 hours. I made an appointment online for my daughter. It gave me the option to choose the “Sports Physical” as reason for my visit. When I showed up the next day to get the Sports Physical, we checked-in and waited to be seen.. I paid my daughters copay for the visit.. and was finally put in a room, just for the nurse to tell me that they don’t do Sports Physicals there. ? So she had to fill out paperwork to give me a refund for my daughters copay, and it would take 3-5 business days. The staff were extremely nice and friendly! It ... read more
My experience was hands down the best!! We will not go anywhere else! Great bedside manner and you can tell they have a heart for what they do!!
