Only two people were in the lobby including myself. 30 min lobby wait (and I checked in online) and 1hr&15 min. wait once I got called back.

Paityn was seen twice, 5 days apart, 2 different doctors. Our first visit, Feb. 2, went great. Second visit, Feb. 6, not so much! Doctor didn’t have a clue Paityn’s name, age, or condition. No medical options given, just gave ANOTHER antibiotic; yet claims we’re treating a VIRAL INFECTION!
We were billed for $15 co-pay which we paid and the check cleared our back on 4/30/24 we have received several bills by mail and spoke with the Sylacaug office as well as the Tennessee office several times and was assured it has been paid. Today 6/6/24 we received another call from someone representing Fastpace saying it had not been paid, this person could not speak English very well. We will never use Fastpace again and I guess we will need to get a lawyer to stop this nonsense.
Check in process used to be easy. Now I have to re-register every time I go, even though you are my primary provider and I have been there 5 times in 2 months. It’s a total hassle. Other offices only make me register once a year with paperwork.
