Why is this place so hot and stuffy? They have the heat on at a facility where germs are everywhere and circulating in the heat! Why do you think doctor offices are cold? I had to step outside. I came here to get better not get more germs! 9:30 am

I was there before they were scheduled to open. I left thirty minutes AFTER they were supposed to open because no one ever showed up to open the clinic!

They are only interested in getting you in and out of the building to collect their money from your visit. I came in with a bacterial infection, paid $200 and it was still present after I finished their given prescription. I came back in, paid another $200 and they told me they can't help me and maybe it's viral, they really don't know. I still have the infection now, over 3 weeks after I initially got it. 0800 open time, was first on line, didn't open doors till 0808. no front desk person. waited till 0845 no person yet. asked how long was told they are one the way with no ETA. how does a medical business operate when only one person can check in. I left. won't go back. They could have seen people, or at least made an effort to see if people were in the system.

This is not an urgent care facility. My husband was not feeling well, headache and blurred vision. They were really reluctant to help, kept saying he needed to go to urgent care instead. We just wanted a blood pressure measurement to make sure it wasn't the problem. Also on the form we needed to fill in there is no option to choose your ethnicity as 'white' only American Mexican or Hispanic or black. Would not recommend this business- also closed at 4pm on the Saturday.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The PA Jon Was so unprofessional I came in with heat exhaustion symptoms and he kept telling me that it's a mystery and its probably viral, and I should go to ER. I told him I had heat exhaustion from working in direction sun and he did not bother himself to consider that as a cause. He had his arms crossed out the entire time with very alarming tone kept saying I have a viral infection without a valid test, I don't know if this is even legal!! Receptionist was definitely not pleasant as the other reviews state. I am looking to switch PCP after switching to a new insurance, called asking for an appt. with family medicine to se which location can see me the soonest before switching and apparently you essentially have to go in for a "consultation appointment" before getting preventative care done as simple as blood work. Went in for a scheduled Covid19 test spent 2 hours in there! It was Ridiculous with drive up and drive through operations no one should have to wait 2 hours after waiting 4 days to get tested never again just assume you have it and self medicate! Even after explaining all my symptoms they didn't offer any medical advise medicine treatment all they say is stay home and isolate such BS waste of time
