The FastMed on N Main in High Point was very courteous and professional. They were friendly and efficient. Dr. Michael was so easy to talk to and he listened and answered all of my questions. I was a walk-in and I was out in ONE hour. THANK YOU!

I started new employment that required a tb skin test. 1st appointment was awesome was very well taken care of by a nice informative staff. But I had to come back 48 hours later to get my results from the stick only to be sent on a run around by the front desk staff. Two beautiful African American women who sits there with a full look on their faces and not to mention they were not eager to help. Furthermore I had a deadline to meet. the male PA I saw was excellent and very informative but they really need a new receptionist as she was very rude to me and to most of her customers. if I had to have her register me, I don't think I would come back.

I saw them on Friday May 5. They were very nice. Saw the Nurse Practitioner. She was very nice and I agreed with her diagnosis and treatment plan. I had a terrible time getting my prescriptions. They did not get called into the pharmacy I had requested and after several phone calls to locate the pharmacy they had been sent to that pharmacy said they didn’t have them. I made 5 phone calls to try and get it right. Technology I guess was to blame but where does that leave the patient.

The staff nurses and doctors were very efficient. They were also courteous, polite, and showed compassion. I didn't feel like they rushed and took the time to listen to me. The wait times were minimal and overall I felt the experience was pleasant, considering I was going to the doctor.

Sooooo impressed and so pleased with our visit today! We made an appointment online...we were seen pretty close to on time...and were greeted with a friendly medical staff.
