They advertise they take walk-ins but if you don't have an appointment you get told they have no one to see you,This is a poor excuse for a so called medical facility

This place ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Urgent care is not in their vocabulary. Make an appointment and they tell you that you didn’t make one. Big letters on the door WALK INS WELCOME. Absolutely not!! Says on the door NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Absolutely not. If this is not the case then take down the signs! I will never go here again and I will do my best to inform everyone how bad this place is!!
Made my husband a appointment for 8:15. Online-Facebook-phone-door at the place says it opens at 8am on Sunday’s (July 25th). He got there around 8:05. People were inside. A lady was at the front desk at one point. Looked at him standing at the door. He even called inside (the lady wasn’t happy she had to answer the phone apparently). She said give her 5 minutes to set up because they didn’t open till 8:30 (lies). She never came to open the door so he left around 8:20-8:25. Some people/places are pathetic. Yesterday 6/30/21 my boyfriend and I were waiting for him to be registered to be seen. The second receptionist got a phone call. Apparently this office doesn't care about HIPPA and patient privacy. The receptionist took a while to understand what the caller was saying which I picked up on it pretty quick. The receptionist put them on hold and went and spoke to the "office manager" there was a big disagreement on what had happened and what needed to happen. awesome staff and very caring.
I sincerely wish I could give this place a rating a of no stars but since I cannot, one will do. I arrived ten minutes prior to close with my ten month old baby who needed to be seen. In fact the after hours pediatrician told me to go there. The lady at the front desk pretended like she did not see me at first and walked away from the desk. The other patients in the waiting room had to ask her to open the door for my child and I. BEYOND PISSED OFF. This place is the absolute worst. Not only were we 1 of 2 people there at a clinic yesterday and it took almost 3 hours to go through the whole thing, they didn’t even call my sons prescription in. They called it in to a pharmacy that I have NEVER USED. So my son had to go a whole day without anything because they closed and did not send it to his pharmacy. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE THATS NEEDING ATTENTION.
