Front Desk lady was Rude and the Dr don’t know what he was doing , Don’t have Medicine and only send you to the emergency room just for UTI And really expensive Please people Don’t go !!!!!!!!

EXPENSIVE!!!! Thought I might have strept. If you go in without insurance, you only pay$119. Just got my bill and the charge is $320. My insurance only covered $106 :( so I was left with the balance of OVER $200. I should have just said I didn't have insurance! They never said anything at all about what the estimated cost could be. I have been to other urgent cares and NEVER paid more than $150. Go somewhere else if you are sick!!!! Do not go here and if you do, don't use your insurance.
They Charge MORE if you have insurance. Not honest at all. Whether you have or do not have insurance it should all be the same rate.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - CON-ARTIST BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! First off ...I would have never gone to them if my method of insurance/assistance would not have been accepted. They lied when I brought the letter in directly to them at their front desk. They kept me waiting 45 mins in their lobby and I was their first customer checked in online. After my visit when billed. Your card will not be charged any additional amount until your insurance company notifies us exactly what to charge. Several other urgent care centers require you to pay the full amount of the visit at the time of service, but FastMed only requires the estimated amount you would owe and a credit card authorization. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help. You can hear the conversations they have in the back when they talk about people up front. It’s sad they don’t service people the way other places do. Please be aware they discourage anybody seeking medical attention and refer you to someone somewhere else to help with your discomfort. Came straight off a cruise , drove 4 hours here, to get help with discomfort of my ankle fracture. Don’t waste your time ladies and gents.

I had a great experience at this facility. Quick, kind, efficient and professional from the front desk to the RN to the PA. I would most definitely use them in the future!
Monica the NP that saw me was great. My visit was excellent from the front staff to my patient work up and then the NP. Everyone was professional and my visit was fast. I will be back again in the future if I need something.
